A great weekend for Adam Berwick, DIS high jumper picking up a Silver medal with a near PB of 2.06m, just 1cm away from lifetime best, at the English Indoor Athletics U.20 Championship.
Ella Rush also put in a good solid performance finishing 4th in the long jump with 5.55m at U.17 level. Promising signs for both for the season ahead.
